◈ Time and content of training in accordance with the law

For factories and business locations with KS certification, the training and education of employees is essential. Therefore, in order to maintain the KS standard, it is required to follow the training and education plan for workers and business staff who are in the standard of certification.

◈ Ensure the person in charge, quality management

Standards of the person in charge of quality management (Article 46 – content of application of the implementation rules of the Industrial Standardization Law)

1. Qualifications of quality management, quality management engineers, quality management industrial engineers under national technical law.
2. According to Article 30: Passed the prescribed exam as a person who has completed a training course in charge of quality management.
3. Persons recognized by the Director of Technical Standards with qualifications equivalent to Items 1 and 2 above.

Appointment a qualified person in charge of quality management who has completed the management training course every 3 years to become a quality management manager at the place of business or factory and must do work for a company for at least 12 months (at least 3 months), and at the same time be able to perform positions and operations related to quality and standardize independently and appropriately.
